The Shanghai Film and Television Technology Society was established in February 1986. It is a mass academic group of film, television and audio-visual science and technology workers under the leadership of the Shanghai Science and Technology Association. It is also a group member of the China Film and Television Technology Society. Film screening, radio and television broadcasting, film industry, radio and television industry, education and scientific research. The aim is to use Comrade Deng Xiaoping to build a socialist theory with Chinese characteristics as a guide, unite Shanghai's vast film, television and audio-visual science and technology workers, implement the "hundred flowers, a hundred schools of thought" and "economic construction must rely on science and technology, and scientific and technological work must face economic construction." The policy is to carry out academic activities in the fields of film, television and audio-visual technology, promote the development of film, television and audio-visual technology, and contribute to the prosperity of cultural science and technology and the building of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization.

On December 23, 2016, the Board of Directors held the 10th Board of Directors in the LINSO LED Creative Industry Park of Linso Technology. The meeting was hosted by He Jianhua, Vice President and Chairman of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. Qin Hao, Secretary General of Shanghai Film and Television Technology Society, Liu Jianhong, Lin Weiming, Xu Zexing and Zhu Jue, executive vice presidents of the Society attended the meeting. The Secretary-General of the Society, Qin Lan, reported to the Council on the work of the Society in 2016 and the 2017 work plan.

At the meeting, Chen Shu, general manager of Lanshuo Technology, reported to the board of directors the current development of Lanshuo Technology 丨LINSO LED and detailed the L'Oreal parent company Liard Group.

After the meeting, the leaders and members of the board visited the blue master multimedia creative LED exhibition hall and production workshop accompanied by the general manager Chen Jian. After the visit, the leaders of the board gave a speech on the achievements of the blue cloud technology LINSON LED in LED creative display. Highly affirmed, praised the continuous entrepreneurial spirit of Lan Shuo Technology and Chen in the development of LED creative display.
